Reflections - How Our Feelings Create Our Reality

Have you ever wondered why the life you desire is not the life you are living? Most of us do not spend much time reflecting on our feelings and yet they are the catalyst for self-perpetuating patterns. We are vibrating our feelings out into the Universe creating our reality.

Our life or external reality, as we see it, is created from our internal beliefs and cellular patterns. These external reflections of our conscious and unconscious beliefs, pulse out as feelings, desires and senses manifesting as our experiential reality. This is the core truth of our conscious reverberating our signature frequency from within our physical, spiritual, mental and emotional planes of our essential Being.

Reflections are continually being shown to us through conversations, physical symptoms, nature, license plates that catch our eye, bumper stickers, lyrics in songs, etc.

One example:  When you notice couples enjoying a sunset walk and holding hands, it may be a reflection of your inner beliefs being mirrored back to you. What is your perception of this couple?  Do you say to yourself, “I don’t have that” and “I am so lonely”, or can you change your perception to, “Thank you for showing me my heart’s desire. I am worthy of love.”  Changing your perception and approach to that which is being mirrored can help shift your inner belief to a higher, more positive energetic frequency, opening up your ability to receive your desires thus changing your reality.


These reflections of our inner beliefs and patterns, or helpful teachers as I like to call them, appear in the present moment to assist us in letting go of what no longer serves us. Living mindfully in the present moment and feeling these messages you are truly giving to yourself will help move you forward to get unstuck from and beyond repeated, outdated patterns.

Your reflected reality is a tool that assists you in living your life as a Creator Being, generating your life from the inside out rather than as a victim of external circumstances.

Helpful tips:

- Set a timer with Chimes on your phone for once every hour and become aware of how you are feeling? Notice if you are thinking in the past or future. Come back to the present moment by taking a breath into your heart center and feel your feet on the ground.

-Make a list of what you desire in your life? What are you passionate about? Are your thoughts aligning with your desires?

-Begin keeping a journal of the reflections and patterns you notice being mirrored back to you. Ask yourself how they are serving you. If not, how can you change your perception of these reflections. Change a negative emotion to a positive one.

- Each morning when you wake up, set your intention for the day. What are the vibrational qualities you want to feel, such as; love, joy, connection, creativity, support etc. Be aware of how these qualities have manifested in your day.

-Create a gratitude journal and before going to sleep each night list what you are grateful for. Notice how your intentions were manifested,

Have fun with this experience. Be gentle and let go of self-criticism so you are able to laugh at yourself from time to time. Gift yourself with the joyful life you are here to experience with pure potentiality.
